Kachaya Dinka chi Pud Recipe and me

My hom*oeopath saw that I had a fractured toe yet again she was concerned. After checking my calcium tablets recommended that I eat dink. Also called gond, gondh or edible gum with dry fruits, add seeds she said and strengthen bones.

The only thing I know with edible gum is ladoos…. The ones I ate after I delivered my kids.

My association with sweets is dangerous!

Seriously think I am addicted to sugar!

I know I cannot stop with 1-2 ladoos at one time and it is not because I am hungry. And I manage to finish the ladoos in record time. So I was reluctant!

This recipe is what she suggested this Kachha dink recipe. She has tried it on herself and she was happy with it.

Archana , this gond powder with all the added nuts and seeds is a wonderful idea. We all make gond ladoos during winters, but I feel too much of ghee is used in those, so I avoid making them. This powder is an innovative way of including all the winter essential ingredients in our diet without overdoing the ghee.
